Corporate Reorganization - Large Corporate Group:

We were given the opportunity to undertake a very large business valuation assignment for a entrepreneurial client who, through his holding company, owns 11 subsidiaries in multiple industries.  This assignment was undertaken in order to assist our income tax services group with a tax-minimization strategy and asset-protection plan. 

Our client was not only impressed by the depth and completeness of our analyses, but appreciated the way in which our report set out our findings, analysis and the valuation concepts and methodologies employed.   Our client took away not only a value assessment that we are confident will hold up to scrutiny by the government taxation authorities but also learned much about value drivers in general and in his specific industries, which he has assured us will assist him in further corporate planning and mapping out his long-term exit strategy.
