EXPERIENCE AND FIRM RESPONSIBILITIES
At Present:

Partner,
Taylor Leibow LLP Accountants and Advisors business
valuations and litigation support department (since
January 1, 1998). Responsible for overseeing and
co-ordinating all aspects of Business Valuation and
Litigation Support assignments for various clients from
within and outside the firm’s regular client base. The
business valuations and litigation-support department
also co-ordinates the firm’s transaction advisory
services, and forensic- and investigative-accounting
practices.

AIC Industry Professor in Strategic Business Valuation,
DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University,
Hamilton, Ontario (since January 1, 2008). Responsible
for teaching Business Valuation and Financial Modelling
courses to second-year students in the Masters of
Business Administration program. Also involved in
setting course curricula for the above-noted courses and
in program development of the Strategic Business
Valuation specialization.

reports related to the quantification of economic damages
for litigation purposes. Matters dealt with include
shareholder disputes, breaches of contract, personal
injury, insurance claims, and forensic investigations.

Ontario Business Corporations Act (oppression remedy) and
other similar legislation.

in the 100M Butterfly, 800M Freestyle and the 400M
Freestyle.

the 100 yard Individual Medley, 35-39 age group.

in the 35-39 age category in the 400M Individual Medley

In 2002, ranked 6th
in the world in the 400M individual medley and 10th
in the world in the 200M individual medley for the 35-39
